Changes To Military Parole Laws

On November 15, 2013, a new immigration policy made changes that allow or recommend the use of a Parole (legal entry) for the spouses, children, and parents of Active Members of the United States Armed Forces, Members in the Reserves , or Veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

This means that those spouses, parents, and children who entered the United States without a visa, or entry permit, will now be considered as having entered the United States with permission. That will remove the inadmissibility of not being able to obtain your Permanent Residence for having entered illegally. After obtaining this type of Parole, the spouses, parents, and children can apply for their Permanent Residence in the United States.
