Lourdes Hernandez
Lourdes Hernandez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and obtained her Masters in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
She obtained her law degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. Lourdes is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in Puerto Rico. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Read More
